About us:

XMPP Chat Environment
Very Fast A/V Conferencing
Net-radio Station

We are a group of individuals who take part in any aspect in HF, UHF, and VHF radio transmission and receiving. Most of us have a passion for DXing. DXing is considered to be the activity of hunting and tracking distant or far away radio transmissions. Let's investigate the radio waves that are constantly buzzing around us! Some of us simply take part in engaging shortwave broadcasts that are free of most of bias from groups or countries of the world. Shortwave is a world service. We all enjoy the freedom and comradery that comes with teaming together and forming a net of knowledge and readiness. In exchanging information through tools we have developed, becoming a shortwave network is within grasp and has become a reality!

Hello Radio lovers,

Bobby here with an update on our new XMPP server which will now allow users to signup and start using the server without the need of an administrator creating the account.

The address for our XMPP server is: https://hub1.forwardnode.app:7443/inverse/

Once there you can sign up for an account and start using the chat from there. Also if you wish after signing up you can also install applications for your computer, phone or tablet. So no more need of a webclient if you so wish to do so.

If need help you can ask here, on Discord, or IRC.

Thank you once again for making hfzone the best place to share your radio journey among others.

Yours Truly,
